Simon Kimber

Simon Kimber is a Product Manager at The Access Group since July 2024, following a role as Product Manager at Civica from October 2019 to July 2024, where Simon led Civica Engagement Solutions' Patient/Customer Experience SaaS product. Responsibilities included engaging with customers and stakeholders to identify product requirements, planning the product roadmap, collaborating with development teams for agile feature creation, and driving the product's growth. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Membership Engagement Services from August 2011 to October 2019, focusing on NHS engagement with patients and developing a patient experience tool used in hospitals across the UK and Australia. Simon also held roles as Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator, with a brief experience as a Short Term Election Observer for OSCE in Macedonia. Additional early career experience includes serving as Senior Parliamentary Researcher at the House of Commons. Simon holds an MSc in International Security and Global Governance from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in British Politics and Legislative Studies from the University of Hull.
