Simon O'Beirne

Simon O'Beirne is the Director of Engineering at The Access Group, where they lead engineering strategy and delivery for Construction ERP solutions, overseeing teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US. Previously, Simon served as Head of Engineering at The Access Group, managing cross-functional squads to deliver features aligned with the company's global ambitions. Their career includes roles as Development Team Lead at Access Group and DHC, where they delivered bespoke solutions in a client-facing capacity. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing & Software Development from the University of Plymouth, graduating with first-class honours.
