After years of working alongside business owners and leaders, we built something that goes beyond advice or consulting. We built a system for performance.

This isn’t a brand — it’s an ecosystem. This isn’t about motivation — it’s about measurable results. This isn’t HR — it’s human performance, engineered through systems.

Welcome to The ACT Group (TAG). Born from the rebranding of EISA and strengthened through a strategic alliance with Tournkey, The ACT Group represents the next evolution of our vision — integrating proven expertise in systems, talent, and performance to drive measurable business transformation. It now serves as the human performance division of an integrated ecosystem with AIM (marketing systems), BIG (financial systems), and Tournkey (operational technology).

Together, we help leaders connect systems, talent, and performance — turning complexity into clarity and growth into something measurable, repeatable, and sustainable.

At TAG, we focus on:

1. Building systems that allow talent to perform.
2. Integrating AI to accelerate clarity, connection, and capability.
3. Developing frameworks that make leadership scalable.
4. Engineering alignment between people, process, and purpose.

This is where leadership stops being reactive and starts becoming systemic.

If you’re ready to lead with systems — and unlock the full potential of your people — welcome to The ACT Group.Where systems, talent, and performance align.
