Bilge Cingillioglu

Bilge Cingillioglu is an accomplished Cost Control Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently holding a position at Advanced Construction Technologies since November 2020, Bilge established cost control procedures. Previous roles include Budget and Cost Control Manager at Gama Construction - TURKERLER Construction JV, and at IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT / IC ICTAS CONSTRUCTION - KALYON - ASTALDI JV, where Bilge developed detailed project budgets and assessed the financial impacts of design changes.
