Lindsay Perera, The Action Within Coach, spent decades measuring her worth by achievement and pleasing others, pushing to do it all perfectly to mask feeling out of place.

Through a years-long journey she discovered a new lens to see herself, opened up to new experiences, and this led her to becoming a coach and mentor.

Lindsay created Realise Your Ambition—a 5-month coaching and mentoring journey for passionate women who know they’re in the wrong profession and are ready to channel their energy inward, gain clarity, and build the confidence to create a career that feels meaningful.

The change you seek won’t come from doing more for others—it starts with the action you take for yourself, from within. Lindsay's messages are always open to women feeling lost, confused or seeking reassurance.

The Action Within is a trading name of Pirus Health Ltd, a company founded by Lindsay Perera in 2023.
