Advantage is an award-winning organisation based in Northern Ireland that has been providing services for young people around the world for more than twenty-five years. Advantage is widely recognised as a specialist in its field having designed and delivered projects for public and private sector organisations, both nationally and internationally.

We have worked with students, young graduates and young business owners and we have worked with the hardest to reach and most vulnerable in society, including prisoners, young people with mental health challenges and those furthest from the labour market.
