Jon Ostrower

Jon Ostrower is the editor-in-chief of The Air Current and a veteran aviation reporter who has founded a journalism start-up. They previously held positions at CNN, The Wall Street Journal, and Flightglobal, serving as a Boeing and aerospace beat reporter and aviation editor. Jon co-founded Yawman Flight in 2021, where they integrate their passion for flying into virtual aviation experiences. Additionally, they serve as an instructor at the University of Southern California, teaching media and aviation in the Viterbi School of Engineering. Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
