At The Alchemy Group, founded by Sandy (Sandra) Sullivan and Allie (Allison) Wik, we believe leadership is not a title—it’s a practice. We partner with bold leaders globally, ready to move beyond the status quo and unlock extraordinary results.

How we do it:

We slow down to gain momentum, ask powerful questions to uncover blind spots, and create sustainable change that transforms not just the leader—but the team, the culture, and the future.

Our unique leadership ecosystem blends immersive experiences (like our flagship Leadership Experience), personalized 1-on-1 coaching, and team acceleration programs—designed to create lasting impact across Self, Team, and Coach.

Whether you’re leading in New York (NY), Connecticut (CT), Massachusetts (MA), New Hampshire (NH), or across global teams, we help you turn good enough into game-changing.

If you’re ready to lead differently—more intentionally, more impact-fully—let’s start the conversation. We work with visionary executives and organizations worldwide to elevate leadership, culture, and human potential.

The Alchemy Group is not a collection of instructors who teach leadership. Rather we share, inspire and practice leadership together with each and every participant that comes our way. To date, over 400,000 leaders around the world, ranging from Fortune 500's to small start-ups, have experienced Alchemy and the transformation this team offers.
