The Alpha Omega Foundation was founded by entrepreneur Michael Chaffe as a response to the real challenges of building and leading ventures in uncertain times. It is grounded not in theory, but in lived experience: years spent under pressure in extreme environments, navigating complex ecosystems, and learning what truly sustains leaders when things get tough.

Alpha Omega turns experience into action through three core pillars:

Flagship events in Vienna and beyond bring together venture leaders, innovators, and academics in trusted settings that go deeper than surface-level networking.

Leadership development retreats in the Austrian Alps challenge founders and corporate leaders to build resilience and clarity in demanding environments.

The Alpha Omega Support Fund is dedicated to backing founders who have faced the toughest trials of entrepreneurship. Through non-dilutive financial support, mentoring, and placements into new ventures with corporate partners, we give exceptional talent the chance to rise again stronger.

With Austria as its centre and strong links into global innovation hubs, Alpha Omega is building a community where entrepreneurial leaders face challenges head on, together.
