The American Arts Conservancy (AAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation, advancement, and global engagement of American art. With a mission grounded in diplomacy, education, and cultural stewardship, AAC works to ensure that the visual language of American artists—both historic and contemporary—continues to inform, inspire, and connect communities worldwide.

Our work is organized around three strategic pillars:

🕊️ Cultural Diplomacy
We facilitate the global circulation of American art to foster cross-cultural understanding and dialogue, supporting exhibitions and placements that elevate the role of art in international engagement.

🎓 Education & Youth Engagement
Through dynamic initiatives and outreach programs, we empower the next generation of artists, curators, and cultural stewards—ensuring the continuity of America’s creative legacy and its relevance to a changing world.

🖼️ Preservation & Archival Access
We support the restoration, digitization, and responsible stewardship of historically significant works, helping institutions and the public safeguard the physical and intellectual heritage of American visual culture.

AAC operates as a strategic partner to both public and private institutions, offering a collaborative platform for those committed to advancing the arts as instruments of diplomacy, learning, and national identity. We believe that art is more than a cultural artifact—it is a vehicle for empathy, civic memory, and global conversation.

Headquartered in the United States, we maintain a broad international footprint through programs, exhibitions, and partnerships across continents.
