Rohit Yadav

Rohit Yadav is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in cloud computing and software architecture. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at ShapeBlue since August 2014, Rohit has also held significant roles as a Principal Engineer and Software Architect. In addition to responsibilities at ShapeBlue, Rohit is an active member of the Apache Software Foundation, where roles include ASF Member and PMC Chairman for Apache CloudStack, along with contributions to the Cloud Native Computing Foundation as a Kubernetes Member. Previous positions include mentorship at Google Summer of Code and engineering roles at Wingify, Citrix, and VideoLAN, where Rohit made notable contributions to projects like VLC and VLMC. Educational credentials include a Master of Technology and Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University.
