Steve McDonell

Steve McDonell is a mostly-retired change maker and a board member at The Arc of the United States. They previously served as Chief Information Officer at Partners For Quality, Inc. (2020–2023), where they assessed infrastructure, services, vendors, processes and data to craft and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. From 1998 to 2017 they were Vice President of Information Technology/CIO at ACHIEVA, transforming IT from a tactical administrative entity to a strategic asset and leading the organization toward a data-driven approach with dashboards to measure progress against goals. They hold an MBA from Robert Morris University, a BA in History from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Professional Certificate in Secondary Education from the University of Pittsburgh.
