Birte Roperz

Birte Roperz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Project Assistant at S·T·E·R·N | Gesellschaft der behutsamen Stadterneuerung mbH. Following that, from 2018 to 2019, they served as a Digital Project Assistant at Schacht One GmbH, where they supported the development and validation of digital business models and products. In 2020, they joined WAYS as an Innovation Officer, contributing to innovation projects, cross-functional team management, and conducting workshops on agile methodologies and innovation culture. Currently, Birte is working at The ARC as a Culture Innovation Officer and People and Culture Manager, specializing in cultivating an innovative and people-centric organizational culture.

Birte Roperz has a comprehensive education history. They completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Media Sciences at Ruhr University Bochum from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the same institution from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, in 2016, Birte Roperz attended the University of Gothenburg for a short period, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Media Sciences.
