Slow replies quietly cost service brands enquiries, trust, and revenue.

Not because teams do not care. But because frontline staff are stretched and systems struggle to keep up during peak hours and after-hours periods.

THE ARCHEMISTS exists to solve this first-touch gap.

We design AI Assistants that reply to new customer enquiries in under 60 seconds, 24/7, across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook DMs, and websites.

This ensures enquiries are captured while interest is high, customers feel acknowledged, and frontline teams receive consistent operational support.

Our work focuses on three outcomes:
Protecting enquiry conversion
Reducing missed opportunities caused by delayed replies
Supporting frontline teams with high enquiry volume

We are not a chatbot vendor or a marketing agency. We focus only on the moment where most service brands quietly lose revenue. The first reply.

This is not about replacing people.
It is about protecting revenue while giving teams the space to deliver better customer care.

THE ARCHEMISTS is the commercial engine behind the #ReplyFastSG movement, a national initiative to promote faster, kinder replies for customers, staff, and businesses in Singapore.
