Max Burrows

Max Burrows is an experienced professional in risk and compliance, currently serving as the Group R&C Framework Director at The Ardonagh Group since July 2019. In this role, Max is responsible for the development and maintenance of the accountability, risk, and compliance framework across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Previously, Max held the position of Group Head of Assurance, leading a team in delivering compliance assurance across various business segments at Ardonagh. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Risk & Compliance and Audit & Compliance Manager at URIS Group and Grant Thornton UK LLP, where expertise in audit and statutory engagements was developed. Max is a Chartered Accountant (ACA-ICAEW) and holds education credentials from Kaplan Financial and local schools.
