The Aria Foundation is dedicated to making affordable housing a reality for families in Ontario.  We work with developers and nonprofit partners to provide financial support to qualified families to assist them in the purchase their first homes.  Contributions to the Aria Foundation go directly to homebuyers to ensure their monthly housing payments fall within their budgets.  

The Aria Foundation is partnered with Spotlight Affordable Ventures, the not-for-profit arm of Spotlight Developments that is building hundreds of affordable condominium units in large-scale developments in Toronto and Kitchener, Ontario.
