The ARK is a regenerative village in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, designed as a new model for human settlement.

It is built as a functioning village system where living on the land, meaningful work, and regeneration are integrated into one coherent structure.

Unlike traditional developments or lifestyle communities, The ARK is designed to operate as a living ecosystem — combining housing, food systems, wellness, education, culture, and enterprise within a single territorial foundation.
