Welcome to THE ARMORY, your all-in-one hub for wellness. We're flipping the script on healthcare, providing you with the resources, advice, and space you need to become the best version of yourself.
Guided by a wide range of medical professionals, we offer a unique approach to wellness that extends beyond your hospital lead primary care office visits or basic gym membership. Our physician-led team provides primary care alongside a wealth of multidisciplinary professionals that will guide you in using a plethora of fitness equipment and performance testing to meet your goals.

THE ARMORY isn't just a fitness center, it's also an athletic and medical performance center. We offer memberships that go beyond the gym, giving you access to resources that help protect, build, and recover your body.

Simply speaking, you can choose either the gym access only, or include access to our medical & recovery services by joining SHIELD.

We invite you to visit THE ARMORY. Come and discover a better you.
