Jo Shearn

Jo Shearn is an experienced event producer with a diverse background in various roles within the events and production industries. Currently serving as an Event Producer at The Array since September 2025, Jo has previously held positions such as Production HQ Coordinator at Woodford Folk Festival and Event Assistant at Darwin International Film Festival.
