Nick Hanigan

Nick Hanigan is the Executive Director of Paspaley Pearls Properties and a passionate advocate for property development opportunities in Darwin NT and Broome WA. Currently, they also serve as the Founding Director of The Array, a not-for-profit technology school and incubator. They previously held positions as a Development Manager and Director at Civic North P/L, where they contributed to notable developments such as The Kimberley Grande and Pinctada Cable Beach, and owned Nimble Homes, specializing in factory-built houses. Nick holds a Master of Property Development from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, among other qualifications.
