The Art Ghar is a quiet oasis, laden with lush pink bougainvilleas in the middle of the pink city; bright & free set in a 40 year old bungalow. Built with love & beautiful reuse of old furniture, locks, handles & fabric with an emphasis on slow living & self. 

The Art ‘घर’ is our endeavor to put-together a platform that becomes an outlet for your emotional, mental, spiritual & creative expression, a place that heals and fosters cohesive well being.The Art Ghar is everything art and beyond. 


Studio: Premised on the idea of 'VOID', The Art Ghar studio is a blank canvas, a space to bring imagination to life; to create. It’s an environment that fosters interactions between material and mind, free from any accustomed distractions. Here, collaboration, dialogue and experimentation is encouraged; there’s something for everyone. 

Stay: Not a mere space, but an experience in itself; each of the eight rooms at The Art घर  invite you to live a journey through material & non material. Mindfully curated, all of our bedrooms are thematically laid and designed - each element, right from the choice of fabrics to the door knobs, put together to deliver a certain underlying message, a story or a feeling.

Store: Stocked with items exclusively made by local designers/creators and lesser known studios, the store aims to cater to people who understand the value of artisanal products and are looking to discover the latest from young artists, designers and upcoming talents  from across the country.

Cafe: A 12 seater space, our cafe serves seasonal dishes using local ingredients that are cooked fresh & slow. We strive to serve authentic food, made with love. With a lovely ambience, we are  an ideal destination for solo dining  and reading a good book or an afternoon filled with conversation with your closest people.
