The Artery Foundation has been a vital nerve center for the heavy music, alt-rock, metalcore, and indie subcultures worldwide, shaping the trajectory of the scene from the inside out since the passionate and hardworking company began in Sacramento, California, in 2004. Several once-fledgling underground acts discovered and developed by Artery became arena headliners, merchandising powerhouses, and defining bands for a generation weaned on socials and streaming.

From the beginning, Artery established a reputation as champions of daring and disruptive musicians who focus on genuine connection with fans over celebrity status or commercial success. These are bands that refuse to conform to the mainstream. Instead, the mainstream comes to them.

After more than twenty years, Artery remains a trusted name in an often-chaotic industry. The company continues to refine its approach to artist services, management, and label operations, while adhering to the principles that built its foundation: a belief in artist-first development and a dedication to music that moves people — emotionally, physically, and culturally. The Artery Foundation remains a force, ready to discover, empower, and elevate the next generation. The Artery Foundation is unparalleled in its ability to find artists with something to say and help them say it louder.
