Kyle Villemain is the Founder and Editor of The Assembly, a statewide digital magazine focusing on longform reporting about power and place in North Carolina. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as a Speechwriter for various organizations and held positions such as AVP for Strategic Communications and Deputy Finance Director. Kyle has a Bachelor of Arts in Peace War and Defense, as well as History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
