Assist Security Limited is a division of The Assist Services Group of Companies. Providing a plethora of security services to the Hotel & Leisure Industry. Servicing clients in the Commercial, Corporate and Night Time economy for over 30 years.

Our clients are based predominately in Greater London, and The Home Counties.

Our Head Office address is:
Assist House, 25 Lombard Road, Wimbledon, SW19 3TZ

The Assist Services Group of Companies builds on these existing services and includes a High-End Retail and Close Protection division.

Based on feedback from our current customers and some consumers we believe we have an advantage when it comes to our positive reputation, competitive quoting, professional behaviour and attitude of our management team.

We bolster our reputational strength with integrity, financial stability, inspiring leaders, a motivated workforce, and a wealth of management experience and industry knowledge.

Clients like stability; consistency and being able to have direct access to decision makers; this is one of our USP’s that differentiates us from our larger competitors. They operate with numerous levels of “gate keepers” protecting their executives from being directly contacted. Our clients are provided with the contact details (email & mobile numbers) for their account manager, General Manager and Managing Director.

There are a number of touch points in a customer or stakeholder experience which can affect the overall perception of your business. One of these is the calibre of the security staff. At Assist, we understand this and have spent years making sure that our service reflects well on us and, more importantly, you.

Having worked at some of London’s most iconic venues we are used to blending assertiveness with sensitivity. Our frontline staff are selected specifically for their communication and customer service skills; we then train them intensively and manage them proactively.
