The Atlantic District — Farmers Insurance
From Maine to Virginia, The Atlantic District is building the next generation of insurance agency owners across 11 states. We're not just appointing agents — we're creating business owners, building legacies, and giving entrepreneurs a real shot at owning something that lasts.
We recruit, develop, and back driven people who want more than a job. If you've got sales experience, an abundant mindset, and the grit to build, we'll hand you the playbook, the mentorship, and the runway to grow a real book of business.
One agency owner per county. Full coverage from the starting line to the finish. That's the mission.
From Starting Line to Legacy — Let's Build Together.
