We are one of the leading General Sales Agents (GSA) in Australia and New Zealand, acting on behalf of major airlines to sell, manage and support airline cargo space.

With our dedication to customer service and local teams, TAG is your partner of choice, delivering integrated, data-driven, compatible and safe cargo management solutions.

The Aviation Group (TAG) was formed in 2015 to provide end-to-end cargo management solutions. Offering expertise to airlines in sales, customer service, bookings, operations, and stakeholder management including ground handling agents and airport authorities.

TAG is part of Wymap Group, the leading provider of aviation services covering transport, technology and people solutions, across Australia and New Zealand.

We operate as an outsourced or direct cargo sales and management service for your business, handling enquiries, bookings, freight management and operations.

We ensure your available space is maximised, with a strong focus on airline requirements and management, to improve future workflows and opportunities, both short term and ongoing.

The TAG team partners with clients to operate seamlessly as an extension of your business. Highly specialised in what we do, we have the biggest sales and customer service team in the industry, with experienced staff in every major port in Australia and New Zealand.

With several decades of collective aviation experience, and a reputation for providing flexible, efficient and safe solutions, TAG will deliver for your business, every time.
