We are #WorldChangers.

The AVOCADO Foundation is an award-winning social impact organisation working to eradicate economic inequalities and create pathways to opportunity for underrepresented communities.

Established in 2014, we support young people, entrepreneurs, charities, social enterprises, and community leaders through capacity building, leadership development, entrepreneurship education, organisational resilience, innovation, and systems change.

Our vision is a world where no one is poor because of the colour of their skin or their ethnicity.
