Bethany Painter

Bethany Painter is a Senior Innovation Programme Manager at The Bakery, responsible for collaborating with corporates and startups to create innovative solutions through partnerships, building, and investment strategies. Previously, Bethany worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Global Assistant Product Manager for Soap & Glory, and held various roles including Global Brands Graduate and UK Assistant Brand Manager for Botanics & YourGoodSkin. Early career experience includes a Business Development Internship at Walgreens Boots Alliance and serving as an RSGS Ambassador at the Royal Scottish Geographical Society. Bethany holds a Master's degree in Geography from The University of Edinburgh and completed A levels at Newcastle Church High School.
