Ashley Sterba

Ashley Sterba is an experienced Family and Consumer Science educator with a focus on promoting well-being and informed decision-making among individuals and families. Currently serving as a Family and Consumer Science Teacher at Glen Ellyn Community Consolidated School District 89 since August 2018, Ashley also owns Ms. Sterba's Kitchen, LLC, providing homemade snack options. Previous teaching positions include roles at Lincoln Way West and MacArthur Middle School, with a background that includes coaching volleyball and track. Ashley's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science from Illinois State University, a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Olivet Nazarene University, and additional certifications in Special Education and ESL/ELL endorsement. Ashley is also a Barre Instructor at The Barre Code.
