Leah Jansen is a PhD student in School Psychology at the College of Education at Michigan State University since September 2021. Concurrently, Leah works as a research assistant at The Hope Laboratory, collaborating with Dr. Dante Dixson on data collection and quantitative analyses related to psychosocial factors and academic achievement. Previously, Leah taught French at Washtenaw International High School and Father Gabriel Richard High School, where Leah successfully guided students in AP courses and significantly expanded the French program's enrollment. Additional roles include serving as a fitness instructor at The Barre Code and holding various coaching positions in pompon teams, demonstrating a strong commitment to education and student development. Leah's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature, a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Michigan, and ongoing doctoral studies at Michigan State University.
