At its core, The Bartend Group recruits, trains, and deploys bartenders and alcohol brand ambassadors to all types of public events around the country.  Our primary focus is providing bar operation support to large event production companies and large event facilities.  In addition to bar operations, our bartenders are some of the most valuable brand ambassadors you can find.  Naturally, we have curated this pool of talent to offer to alcohol brands that are looking to promote both on and off premise. 

The Bartend Group has identified a problem with in the event staffing industry, and have dubbed it the "warm body syndrome".
