The Batch Collective is an independent consultancy and advisory business helping media and entertainment companies navigate growth, transformation, commercial strategy and change.

We work with leadership teams, founders and investors to solve complex business problems, sharpen thinking, challenge assumptions and turn ideas into clear, executable strategies.

Our work includes:
• Business and growth strategy
• Commercial and operational transformation
• New ventures, proposition development and go-to-market
• Market validation, customer insight and business development
• Investor positioning and strategic advisory
• Organisational culture and client experience
• AI, technology and changing business models
• Fractional leadership, executive counsel, founder wrangling, and a little CEO whispering

Sometimes that means helping develop and position a new business. Sometimes it means speaking directly to customers to understand what they really think. Sometimes it means helping a leadership team work out what is actually going wrong, where the opportunity lies and what to do next.

We also act as a trusted sounding board to CEOs, founders and senior executives - bringing independent perspective, commercial judgement and, when needed, the freedom to say what others around the table may not.

One of our established methodologies is The Cultural Operating Model, combining internal insight with direct client feedback to strengthen relationships, improve performance and unlock growth.

Our roots are in media, entertainment, localisation and content operations, but our work increasingly extends across technology, AI and other industries.

The Batch Collective works globally through project-based consultancy, fractional leadership and ongoing advisory engagements.
