Will Mordido is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership and culinary roles. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary and Events at The BBM Program since April 2025, Will also founded and operates Buko Pop Up Restaurant from January 2017. Previous roles include Culinary Lead for Operational Support & Projects at Compass Group, RATIONAL Corporate Chef and Chef - Sales at Reward Hospitality NZ, and Hospo Start Facilitator - Chef at the Restaurant Association of New Zealand. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Head Chef at Spotless Group, Consultant Chef at Russell McVeagh, and various chef roles at Chikos Restaurant and Cafe, culminating in culinary training as an Apprentice Chef at SkyCity Entertainment Group. Will’s educational background includes completion at Onehunga High School.
