Sheldon Clement

Sheldon Clement possesses extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as General Manager of Retail Operations at Beer Store since September 2015, overseeing provincial operations across 440 locations and managing a large team of 4,000 employees. Additionally, Sheldon has held various roles within The Beer Store since March 1999, including Director of Operations and District Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing 25 stores and a workforce of over 250 employees. Previous experience also includes managing retail and strategic projects within the corporate division. Sheldon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto, earned between 1984 and 1987.
