Tim T.

Tim T. has a diverse work experience in various technical leadership roles. Tim is currently the CEO and Founder of The Bellwether Group, Inc, where they focus on providing innovative solutions for unique hardware, software, and cyber security needs. Prior to this, Tim served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fuse Solutions LLC. Tim also held positions on the Board of Directors for AFCEA Central Maryland Chapter.

Tim's career includes significant roles at United States Cyber Command and the National Security Agency. At United States Cyber Command, they served as the Director of J6/J8/J9 - Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), where they were responsible for deploying infrastructure, resources, and tactical tools/capabilities for the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) worldwide. Tim also served as the Technical Director of Capabilities Development Group (now the CAE, J6 & J9), leading the development of tools, capabilities, and tradecraft for the CMF, and played a key role in the inception and innovation of major programs.

At the National Security Agency, Tim held several technical leadership positions, including Technical Director of Analytic Tradecraft Automation Office (ATAO), Technical Director of Scalable Analytics Tradecraft Center (SATC), and Technical Director of V44 - NSA Threat Operations Center (NTOC). Tim was also instrumental in establishing the Advanced Network Operations (ANO) organization.

Early in their career, Tim served in the United States Navy as a Technical Engineer and Division Leader on the USS Arthur W. Radford. Tim provided technical leadership during Operation Desert Storm & Shield and managed multi-million dollar contracts.

Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, innovation, and technical expertise in the fields of cyber security and technology.

Tim T. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at the same university in 2010.
