Oli Richardson

Oli Richardson is currently the Director of Human Resources for The Berkeley and The Emory, with a focus on enhancing workforce management. They have previously held various positions in prestigious hospitality organizations, including Head of People UK at GAUCHO and multiple roles at Soho House & Co, where they advanced from Management Trainee to Head of People for West & Central regions. Oli’s early career includes a brief stint at Four Seasons Hotels and a Camp Assistant role in Northern Territory, Australia. They earned their education at Oxford Brookes University from 2009 to 2012.
