Pascal Baur

Pascal Baur is currently the Head of the Executive Board Office at The Berner Group, a leading B2B manufacturer of chemical products. Pascal previously served as a Senior Consultant at VP Strategy Advisors AG and as an Assistant to the CEO at Alliance CAS, where they managed licensing and tax matters and collaborated across departments to improve business operations. With experience in private equity, corporate treasury management, and consulting, Pascal has developed key skills in financial analysis and strategy development. They hold a Master's degree with Distinction in International Business and Finance from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from both Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and University College of the Cayman Islands.
