The BFS Network is the intelligence layer for growth-stage fitness, wellness, and beauty operators making high-stakes decisions.

We work with founder-CEOs, executive teams, and multi-location operators navigating margin pressure, leadership complexity, and the consequences of scale, often before those challenges are easy to name.

BFS exists to reduce decision risk.

Through independent benchmarking, peer-level insight, and trusted advisory relationships, we help operators pressure-test strategy, validate tradeoffs, and move faster with confidence—without relying on generic advice or one-size-fits-all frameworks.

BFS also serves as a trusted industry platform for vendors, media, and partners seeking independent insight into how growth-stage operators actually scale.

What makes BFS different is not access to information, it’s access to signal.

Our ecosystem includes:
• State of the Industry reports powered by real operator data
• The BFS Business Assessment and personalized Scorecards
• Peer Networks for CEOs and executive leaders
• Bespoke advisory for founders navigating consequential decisions
• Executive and team trainings aligned to real operating constraints

We do not run businesses.
We support operators in designing the next version of theirs.

BFS members are independent, capable, and already successful, yet increasingly aware that deciding in isolation carries risk. Our role is to surface patterns, normalize pressure, and sharpen judgment when the cost of getting it wrong is high.

If you’re building beyond the first location, or supporting operators who are, BFS exists for this moment.
