Simon Strojan

Simon Strojan is the CEO and Founder Director at Equity Spark Limited, a crowdfunding platform for university spinouts and investors. With a career spanning over two decades, Simon has excelled in roles such as Product Owner at RBS, where they led the development of the first Business Banking app. They have also provided strategic insights as an advisor on technology's impact on businesses at Natural England and the DTI. Simon holds a PhD in Animal Behaviour from the University of Wales and an MPhil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge. Currently, they serve as the Design Team Lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, focusing on sustainable agricultural policies.
