Tom Letcher

Tom Letcher is currently serving as the Data & Insights Manager at The Big Issue, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of Business Operations at Digital Science from November 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing operational activities and managing contracts within the Research Workflows Hub. From May 2012 to November 2022, Tom was the VP of Business Development at Symplectic, providing crucial sales support. Tom’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at the Australian Research Council, where Tom directed research performance analysis, and positions at Evidence Ltd and the University of Leeds. Tom holds a BVC in Law, an MA in Criminal Justice Studies, and a BS in Physiology from the University of Leeds.
