The Big Picture is a tiny, imagination-driven organisation working at the nexus of systems, strategy, and storytelling.

We partner with organisations, institutions, brands and clusters of systems to reimagine new systems and pathways of what the future can be, particularly within the evolving landscape of regenerative business. We support our partners in unlearning and unravelling old systems that have driven the polycrisis.

Our work is interdisciplinary, intersectional, intentional, and imaginative, blending critical thinking with bold creativity and offering bespoke services that are rooted in the principle of care.

As a Nordic-based impact agency with a team from the Global Majority, we bring a distinct, world-expanding perspective, where we weave our lived experience and deep insight into each of our impact works. We’re dreamers and strategists, guides and storytellers, dedicated to challenging the systems driving the polycrisis by unravelling it at its roots.

We take pride in the stories we shape and the impact we create. Yet we remain deeply critical and reflective of the systems we operate within and our role in them. We hold ourselves accountable, ensuring that our work does not reinforce the very structures we seek to transform. See our interventions & provocations:
