Mark Sexton

Mark Sexton is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as Head of Supply Chain at The Big Table Group since June 2021, overseeing procurement for renowned UK restaurant brands including Las Iguanas, Bella Italia, and Cafe Rouge. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Casual Dining Group, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end supply chain operations and ensuring service level compliance across multiple sites. Mark’s background also includes significant roles at Tesco PLC, where strategic leadership in merchandising and supply chain management was demonstrated, as well as project management experience with North Herts NHS Trust. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Portsmouth and has a strong foundation in supply chain planning and logistics, underscored by a history of delivering substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies.
