Welcome to The bigSmall Therapy!

We're a therapist-led space offering thoughtul, holistic, intersectional and sex positive care for individuals and couples, both online and in-person (Dadar West, Mumbai)

In this small, intentional space, we believe therapy is about walking alongside you as you make sense of your world. We hold space for both the big waves and the small ripples of your story

Our work together would be relational and responsive - shaped by curiosity, compassion and the belief that every part of you deserves to be welcomed!

Our therapists are trauma trained, neuro-queer affirmative, IFS & Somatic informed, EMDR trained and most importantly, they are deeply human
