At The Biltmore Group we believe the true measure of success in business is not money, but how many clients become lifetime friends. We are truly grateful for the many friends we have made! We operate our business based on a set of core values: Integrity, Excellence and Results.

Our passion for real estate makes it easy to live up to each of these values. It is simply our way of doing business. We appreciate the opportunity to become your lifetime friend and assist you in buying or selling a home.

While some real estate companies offer just one level of service, we believe that, as our client and friend, you deserve more. We are proficient in marketing luxury homes.

Our marketing program has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and is designed to give your property maximum exposure to all types of potential buyers: local, national and international.

When you are ready to buy a home our agents and staff will answer your questions, provide professional guidance throughout the home finding process and ensure you a successful transition into your new community.

Our bilingual professional real estate advisers (English, Spanish, Romanian, Russian, and Portuguese) and experienced staff are valued by our international friends.

The Biltmore Group, a boutique brokerage, has positioned itself as a full-service, residential luxury real estate brokerage and lifestyle company representing clients worldwide.

The founder of The Biltmore Group, Jim Mayes, envisioned a different business model for a real estate brokerage by modernizing and advancing the industry. Merging the traditional model of how real estate used to be practiced with the newer business model of technology and high commission splits, our agents share their knowledge, spheres of influence, contacts and expertise, ensuring our clients and listings are provided much better representation and a true competitive advantage.
