At The Binder Firm, we guide individuals and families through life’s most personal legal decisions with compassion, clarity, and experience. Based in Kansas City and proudly serving clients in both Missouri and Kansas, we focus on estate planning, elder law, probate administration, and related matters that directly affect families and their futures.

Whether you're creating a will or trust, planning for long-term care, or navigating the loss of a loved one, our team is here to make the process approachable and empowering. We understand that these conversations can be emotional—and sometimes overwhelming. That’s why we take a hands-on, empathetic approach, ensuring each client feels heard, supported, and protected.

Our probate attorneys offer step-by-step guidance through estate administration, helping families honor their loved one’s wishes while complying with court procedures and timelines. For those seeking proactive planning, we craft customized estate plans that reflect each client’s unique values, family dynamics, and financial goals.

The Binder Firm also proudly leads in community education. We host free monthly seminars on elder law and estate planning, and our founding attorney, Kelisen Molloy-Binder, teaches CLEs and serves as Chair of the Probate and Estate Committee with KCMBA.

We’re more than a law firm—we’re advocates, educators, and partners in peace of mind.
