A women-founded, industry-leading nonprofit consulting firm, The Bixel Group brings decades of consulting experience to gift-supported institutions throughout the tri-state and nationally. At the core of our work is passion, care, trust, accountability, transparency, and experience.

Our extensive experience in the mission-driven space has taught us that nonprofit executives, boards, staff, volunteers, and contributors expect their work to make a powerful difference in the lives they serve. We’re driven by the same vision, and we’ve been honored to partner with organizations that support those who are unhoused, hungry, educationally underserved, and yearning for artistic opportunities.

We are:
- Mission-focused
- Realistic
- Transparent
- Responsive
- Inclusive
- Experts & Thought Leaders
- Creative
- Results-oriented
