Life is short. Don't sleepwalk through it.

The Blissful Badass™ helps people live and lead with more energy, intention and impact.

If you've ever looked at your calendar and wondered how life became so busy, yet so predictable, you'll understand why we exist. Many successful, responsible and ambitious people reach a point where work is moving forward, responsibilities are handled and life looks good on paper, yet something feels flatter than it should.

You keep postponing the trip you've been talking about for years. The health goal gets pushed to next month. The creative project remains an idea. The next chapter waits while work, obligations and other people's priorities move to the front of the line.

Life has a remarkable ability to fill every available inch of space if we let it.

At The Blissful Badass™, we believe there is a better way to live and lead. Through speaking, training, coaching and retreats, we help people build stronger energy, greater clarity and the momentum to make meaningful changes that stick.

Our work blends leadership insight, yoga, movement, breathwork, mindfulness and coaching. The way we move, think and direct our energy influences the quality of our decisions, relationships, leadership and ultimately the direction of our lives.

Whether you want to become a more effective leader, improve your health, navigate a transition, pursue a long-postponed dream or simply bring more vitality to everyday life, we help you identify what matters most and develop practical ways to move it forward.

The Blissful Badass™ was founded by Trie, a former Deputy Mayor, university instructor and yoga-powered vitality coach. Together with her sister, Leah, who leads guest experience and hospitality, they deliver transformational retreats, workshops, digital products, presentations and experiences.
