The Blue Cell, LLC is an international training, exercise and gaming company specializing in the area of Homeland Security, Crisis and Consequence Incident Management. In total the company offers over 100 different courses, various products and intellectual property items. The Blue Cell, LLC has a strong contingent of experienced personnel from multiple operational fields. 

The Blue Cell delivers 100's of courses and exercises coast to coast and via our virtual instructor lead training program reaches all 50 US States, Territories, 17 countries training thousands of students annually. In 2012 purchased Command School TTX .

The events of 2020 facilitated the completion of the companies Interactive Training Center, located in the Denver Metro area which serves as the primary over the internet training broadcast location.

In 2021 The Blue Cell, LLC emerged as the most active virtual training and exercise company for consequence management, incident management and critical response in the world with astronomical numbers of students taught.

For the end of 2023 and to start 2024 we have sold our first International Franchise which will full fill selling select Blue Cell Products actively in 6 countries. 

In 2025 the company created the Board Game: Complex Coordinated Attack 8, debuting it at the Homeland Security Conference in Washington, D.C. The board game will be available on multiple e-commerce platforms (including Amazon) in the spring of 2026 establishing the Blue Cell as a disaster gaming company. 

In April 2026 The Blue Cell opened its new full-service warehouse in Inverness, Colorado which supports it worldwide shipping activities.
