The Bookkeeping Loft is a modern, mentorship-driven bookkeeping collective designed for entrepreneurs and finance professionals who crave support, collaboration, and clarity in their numbers.

Founded by a CPA and a seasoned bookkeeper with over 17 years of experience, the Loft bridges the gap between traditional bookkeeping and the evolving needs of today's growing businesses.

We believe you can be in business for yourself, but never by yourself.

Our Loft model provides subcontract bookkeepers with the training, systems, and community they need to excel—while giving clients accurate, on-time financials they can actually understand and use. From streamlined workflows to CPA-level oversight, we help businesses stay organized, compliant, and confidently prepared for tax season and growth.

Whether you're a business owner tired of doing it all yourself, or a skilled bookkeeper searching for a place to belong, The Bookkeeping Loft offers a refreshing alternative: professional bookkeeping with a personal touch, powered by a team that truly cares.

What We Do:

Remote bookkeeping for small and growing businesses

Monthly reconciliations and financial reporting

GST/PST filings and compliance support

Payroll journal entries and year-end collaboration with accountants

Training and mentorship for subcontract bookkeepers

At The Bookkeeping Loft, we turn receipts into results, questions into clarity, and financial chaos into calm.
