The Boot Room is a football blog site, created by, and written for the fans of Europe’s most popular football competitions. From the English Premier League to the Spanish La Liga, from the German Bundesliga to the Champions League, and from Serie A to Ligue 1, we strive to give opinions on all the latest news from around the continent.

Since it’s initial creation, in May 2012, the site has been aiming to provide our readers with carefully weighed opinions and astute analysis on the world’s most popular sport. From a small, independent blog, to a recognised platform, offering unique football-based views to over 100,000,000 readers per month, The Boot Room has a lot to offer if you’re an aspiring sports writer.

We don’t believe in featuring the standard run-of-the-mill articles which are available anywhere on the web. Instead, we try to deliver to you original views and a fresh perspective on the beautiful game. We have a team of writers each with a real passion for the game and we hope that comes across in each and every one our articles.

Everyone has an opinion about football and The Boot Room is geared to be the platform that helps you share those views. Our team love to receive feedback on their work. Please feel free to comment with your views on any of the articles published on the site.
